Description
While doing other PR #18361, I had an odd CI fail https://github.com/vitejs/vite/actions/runs/11433705833/job/31806114421 and this might be due to fs mocking with Vitest
isolate: falseand some race condition. It looks simpler to use actual fs, so I replaced with it. (it's possible that my change is the culprit, but I couldn't figure it out 🙈)
