docs: update features.md to maintain consistency

Description

Removed unnecessary "much" in "that much different" to maintain style consistent with documentation.

Disambiguated "dev" to maintain consistency with other "development" references on Features page. This change also improves clarity, as the dev shorthand reference does not become common until later in the documentation.
