Technical notes summary

This version includes a change to update the types for the i18n plugin #16139.

Areas or cases that should be tested

After publish, Kubewarden UI can update to 3.0.8-rc.9 to confirm that the typescript warnings are no longer present in dev builds.

Areas which could experience regressions

This adds better type support for the i18n plugin. Other extensions might rely on ill defined types and will need to updated accordingly to support the change.
