Automation: fix cronjob test

Summary

Fixes #rancher/qa-tasks#2067

• Fix: Moved the Details test before List tests to avoid conflicts with intercepts used in the List tests.
• Improvements: Updated test to verify that the jobs list in the CronJob details page updates automatically without manual refresh.
