Automation: Update agent-tls-mode test

Summary

Fixes #rancher/qa-tasks#1939

The agent-tls-mode test was failing intermittently in Jenkins when asserting the displayed value after clicking "Use Default". This fix comments out the flaky UI assertion but adds backend validation through the existing saveAndWait() API checks.
