Rancher UI is showing system is not with SCC registered when it is

After creating a registration online, the UI show infinite load, while the registration and the secret are present.

Context

We need to verify that the 2 resources are valid, as it's 100% architecture or Rancher version issue.

As this is once again an issue with mismatching BE logic, we will need to update the messages as defined in #15451 .

I feel forced to make it clear, that this issue could be easily solved but we as we took the extension route, we need to invest further time to finetune the API.
