Description

This pull request adds a new entry for the INTELLECT-2 language model to the gallery/index.yaml file. The entry includes metadata, descriptions, and file details for the model.

Addition of the INTELLECT-2 model:

• Introduced a new entry for the INTELLECT-2 model, a 32-billion parameter language model trained using distributed reinforcement learning. The entry includes metadata such as tags (llm, gguf, gpu, cpu, intellect), license (apache-2.0), and URLs pointing to the model's resources.
• Added a detailed description of the model's training methodology, infrastructure, and technical report.
• Included file details for the model, such as the filename (PrimeIntellect_INTELLECT-2-Q4_K_M.gguf), SHA256 checksum, and URI for downloading the file from Hugging Face.
