• The pull request title is informative, unlike "Update README.md".

• Why is it awesome?

Portabase is awesome compared to other backup software due to its headless agent, designed to be secure.

• Have you used it? For how long?

I have been following the project since the beginning and have been using it in a production environment for three months.

• Is this in a personal or professional setup?

Not directly personal, but I have been involved in the project.

• How many devices/users/services/... do you manage with it?

Actually, I manage more than 6 organizations with 7 production databases, and over 977 backups have passed through the self-hosted platform.

• Biggest pros/cons compared to other solutions?

Pros:

• Performance, security: database credentials are not stored on the server side, only at the agent level, in your instance.

Cons:

• Still in beta but under active development. The team has started developing the community, but there are some difficulties. That is why I am applying here.

• Any other comments about your use case, things you've found excellent, limitations you've encountered... ?

I have unfortunately been very busy, and nodiscc is the only other with write access as far as I am aware. I'm sure it will be reviewed when possible.

I replied to the questions in the PR template. As you will see, there are only three maintainers behind. I hope this will be fine. I got involved at the beginning, discovered the project, and started helping. With Assunia, a new contributor, we created a GitHub organization named Portabase to host the repositories, so I also updated the repository link in the README.
