Hi CCPM team. I've been using CCPM for a couple days now. I really like what I've seen so far. Mirroring deep work within a Claude Code project with familiar github workflows is wonderful and comforting, especially for old school devs like me. Kudos!!
I've just hit my first CCPM PRD PR flow. I feel this is missing feature in CCPM: some form of PR management round-tripping in the epic/issue lifecycle would really round out the workflow. For example, when dev is "complete" and you are ready for a PR a one-shot command like PM:epic-PR that would PR the epic and all it's issues and update appropriate statuses both locally and remotely would be very nice.
We could also have granular task/issue based PRs that work the same way.
Interacting with the PR remotely could update the local pr with PM:epic-PR-sync
Closing and merging the PR remotely, simlarly closes and updates the PM epic and all its associated tasks.
Just some ideas.
I would fork and propose code myself, however this project is so clean and well thought out I would at least smoke test the idea before doing any work.
