Updated the document to reflect changes in the Chrome Root Program application process, including adjustments to wording for clarity and consistency.
Updated the current version to 1.8 and added new policy version 1.8.
Update ACME Profiles RFC URL
Update link -> CT Policy site URL updated, needs to change here.
