What is this PR about?

• Resolves 4 CVEs by updating sub-dependencies. All package updates adhere to the allowed semver package version range.
• Updates vulnerable sub-dependencies of swagger-react-ui.
  • (critical) sha.js - GHSA-95m3-7q98-8xr5
    • The sha.js version bump adds a few new sub-dependencies because it now requires the to-buffer package and it's sub-dependencies.
  • (critical) form-data - GHSA-fjxv-7rqg-78g4
  • (high) axios - GHSA-4hjh-wcwx-xvwj
• Updates vulnerable sub-dependency of octokit and @octokit/auth-app.
  • (high) jws - GHSA-869p-cjfg-cm3x
