This is a follow-up to #4806 that adds a playwright test to prevent regressions and exposes the
IndexHtmlstructure so theServeConfigis resolved before rendering.The benefit here is that we can remove a number of
.unwrap()calls and guarantee the ServeConfig object is always in a good state.
