[`askama_escape`] v0.13 uses codepoints instead of named entities for HTML escaping: `<` → `&DioxusLabs#60;`. [`askama_escape`]: <https://crates.io/crates/askama_escape>

packages/ssrwere executed. Runningrun_local_tests.shhad errors unrelated to my changes; some docker images could not be downloaded. Could be that something is misconfigured on my system, though.
