Short answer: Yes, but only through official GitHub Support—not through community moderators. What you need to do: Submit a ticket via https://support.github.com/contact/education Select Student Developer Pack → Application rejected. Upload a valid student ID (clearly readable). Briefly explain that your school email (onmicrosoft.com) isn’t recognized automatically. Request a manual review of your application. Community moderators cannot escalate it; only GitHub Support can. |

Hi everyone,
Hello everyone,
I am a current student at Europejskie Liceum Ogólnokształcące we Wrocławiu, and I am having problems with my GitHub Student Developer Pack. I have been rejected several times, and I think that I must have a manual check for the following reasons:
Location Issue:
My location is ul. Marszowicka 150, 54-078 Wrocław. It is in a 'dead zone' for cell phones, and there is no internet access available to students. Because of this, I must apply from home.
Domain Issue: I run Microsoft 365 for Education in my school, and my students all have email addresses in the @szkolyeuropejskiewroc.onmicrosoft.com domain. I have added and verified these addresses on my account, but it appears that the automated system is not treating these addresses as an educational domain.
Name Correction: I already updated my GitHub billing information and public name to "Oskar Robert Jedynak," which corresponds to my ID number exactly.
I do have high-quality proof of my current enrollment (ID card until September 2026). Would it be possible for a moderator to assist me in escalating this for a manual review?
Appreciation: Thank you for your assistance.
