billing name not recognized as matching the one on academic affiliation document

Hi all,

I am trying to get approved as a teacher. However, I received the rejection notice below, even though my name on the Billing Information exactly matches the one in the statement-of-employment I provided.

Any idea how I can resolve this?

I've been seeing quite a few of these exact issues lately, it could be that something recently broke within GitHub Education that will hopefully be fixed soon. If that isn't the cause, it’s then likely due to stale data. GitHub's system often gets stuck on old info, so after you update your billing name, I'd recommend changing something else (like your public profile name) and then logging out and back in to entirely to refresh it.

If this didn't work, please contact support and ask for a manual review.
