GitHub Education Benefits Activation

Hi everyone,

Dear GitHub Education Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
My GitHub Education application was approved under the Student category. As mentioned in the approval message, the academic benefits should become available around 72 hours after verification. However, it has already been more than 72 hours, and I still do not see any update or access to the Student Developer Pack or related benefits.
Could you please check the status of my benefits activation and let me know if any additional action is required from my side?
I would really appreciate your support in resolving this.

In most cases, Student Developer Pack benefits do become active within 72 hours, but it is not uncommon for activation to take a little longer due to background verification or system delays.

Here are a few things you can check from your side:

1. Log out of your GitHub account and log back in, then revisit the GitHub Education page to see if the benefits are visible.

2. Make sure you are checking the Student Developer Pack page directly, as individual partner benefits may activate at different times.

3. Verify that your GitHub account email is confirmed and that there are no pending verification requests in your GitHub notifications or email inbox (including spam folder).

4. Sometimes, benefits appear gradually rather than all at once, so some tools may show access while others do not yet.
