Hi everyone,

I have already completed all the requirements that were mentioned in the email. I have enabled two-factor authentication, updated my profile, and filled in my personal information, including my location and who I am. However, my application is still marked as pending. My username is AhmedZalt67 on GitHub Education. How can I reapply so that I can receive the benefits?

If your application is still marked as Pending, you generally cannot reapply until the current request is either approved or rejected.

There's two things you can do:

• Wait: During peak periods, verification can take 7 to 14 days.
• Contact Support: Since the community forum cannot see your private data, if it has been more than two weeks, reach out to GitHub Education Support so they can check the status or do a manual review.
