I opened a support ticket on Sep 5. Today is Dec 26. That’s 113 days since I opened ticket #3734134, and I still haven’t gotten any response or even an acknowledgement.
I’m honestly wondering if I did something wrong, or if my account somehow got blacklisted, because people I’ve seen online with similar issues say it took a long time, like 4–6 weeks. But this is 16 weeks.
At this point, I’m kind of at a loss as to what I’m supposed to do, and just straight up frustrated. I’ve tried commenting in different discussions about this same issue, and still nothing.
I'd really appreciate any help or tip on what to do, please.
