Incorrect repository name displayed in "Send feedback" dialog for recommended repositories

Description

When clicking the feedback option (three dots menu) on a recommended repository in the GitHub dashboard and selecting "I'm not interested in [repository-name]", the repository name shown in the feedback dialog sometimes displays a different repository name than the one actually selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the GitHub dashboard
2. Look at the "Recommended for you" section
3. Click the three dots menu (⋯) on any recommended repository
4. Click "Send feedback"
5. Observe the repository name in the feedback dialog

Expected Behavior

The feedback dialog should display the correct repository name that corresponds to the repository where the feedback action was initiated.

Actual Behavior

The feedback dialog shows a different repository name than the one selected for feedback.
